Our highly trained & professional Spa Therapists, are responsible for delivering great service and care to our guests, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. One Spa is open to 9am-5pm, 7 days per week. Our busiest days are Thursday - Sunday. This is a casual position required 2-3 days week, including one weekend day. Your key responsibilities for the role include:

• Administer beauty therapies including facials, skin & body treatments, water therapy, remedial, relaxation & pregnancy massage, manicures and pedicures
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and spa equipment
• Complete tasks and services within the time frames and to a high standard
• Provide timely and courteous customer service, anticipating guest needs and resolving issues
• Maintain in depth knowledge of services, products and monitor stock levels
• Perform reception, admin & POS duties as required
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, eg working on your feet
• Maintain presentation and hygiene standards
