Shear Beauty at Shearwater Hotel & Spa is expanding, and we are seeking passionate, talented, and dedicated Spa & Beauty Therapists to join our award-winning team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Therapist to showcase their expertise, refine their skills, and provide exceptional service in a high-end spa environment.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable, flexible, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Fully qualified in beauty and massage treatments (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent)
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a busy salon or spa environment
• Experience working with Image or Yonka skincare brands is an advantage, though training will be provided
• Knowledge of aesthetics and lymphatic drainage massage is desirable
• Fluent English speaker
• Availability for midweek and weekend shifts

• Delivering expert massage treatments, including head, shoulder, neck, and full body
• Performing professional beauty treatments, including facials and body therapies
• Providing nail services, including gel and shellac applications where qualified
• Staying up to date with all spa products, offerings, and seasonal promotions
• Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed
• Conducting professional skin consultations and recommending suitable treatments
• Assisting with reception and administrative duties as required
