Shear Beauty, Shearwater Hotel & Spa, Ballinasloe, Co Galway are delighted to be growing our team of dynamic, talented and dedicated Spa and Beauty Therapists. We have an opportunity for a Part Time Therapist to come on board and utilise their skills and showcase their talent at our newly renovated, Award Winning Spa and Beauty Bar.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to any candidate seeking a role within a great team and property, and which offers the opportunity to gain diverse experience. Our Spa has been completely renovated, especially with our customers and clients in mind, giving the feeling of luxury and calm. Our requirements encompass a wide range of spa treatment areas including; Massage therapy, Beauty & Skincare therapy, Nail art and Make up application, both collectively and individually, candidates with any or all of these areas of experience are welcome to apply. We afford our current team members and new team members, who are looking to develop their skills, the opportunity to avail of sponsored training programmes and courses.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for the industry, a passion for delivering exemplary service and a desire to excel in their area of expertise. Experience with our key skincare brands, Yonka & Image Skincare, is an advantage, however full training will be provided for the successful candidates. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLES MAY INCLUDE:

• Massage - Head, Shoulder, Neck and Body
• Beauty Treatments including Facial and Body Treatments
• Nail Art including Gel and Shellac applications (as qualified)
• Familiarisation with all products, offerings and specials
• Monitor stock levels and replenish accordingly
• Provide skin consultations to clients
• Reception and Administration duties as required
