As part of our spa team, you will:

• Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel relaxed and cared for from the moment they arrive.
• Deliver a wide range of spa treatments to the highest standards, tailored to each guest’s individual needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with spa hygiene standards.
• Provide expert product and treatment recommendations using your knowledge of Elemis and other offerings.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance the guest experience.
• Work flexibly, including some weekend shifts, with a supportive rota that allows for regular weekends off.
• Support your team and Spa Manager with additional tasks as needed.
