  Position Summary The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional massage, beauty, and wellness treatments to guests at the Heavenly Spa by Westin. This role focuses on providing personalized, safe, and rejuvenating spa experiences while upholding Marriott and Westin brand service standards. Key Responsibilities Guest Treatments & Service Delivery * Perform a wide range of therapies * Consult with guests to understand their preferences, health conditions, and expectations before treatment. * Explain treatment steps and offer guidance before, during, and after services. * Monitor guest comfort throughout treatments and adjust techniques as needed. * Recommend suitable spa treatments and retail products based on guest needs.  Spa Operations * Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness at all times.  * Clean and sanitize equipment, change linens, and replenish supplies after each appointment. * Maintain stock levels of oils, creams, and consumables; report shortages promptly.  * Accurately update guest treatment records and note important details for future reference.  * Attend team meetings, product trainings, and ongoing development programs. Guest Experience & Brand Standards * Create a calm, welcoming, and holistic environment that reflects the Heavenly Spa brand. * Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary. * Promote spa services and contribute to spa revenue through service excellence and product upselling.  Qualifications & Experience * Certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Wellness Therapy from a recognized institution. (Industry standard) * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality environments; luxury resort experience preferred. * Strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare therapies, aromatherapy, and spa products.  * Excellent communication and customer service skills with a warm, guest‑centric approach.  * Ability to maintain hygiene standards, professionalism, punctuality, and personal grooming requirements.  * Ability to work in a fast‑paced resort environment. * High attention to detail and commitment to guest wellness. * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. * Passion for promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and holistic wellbeing. * Must have legal working rights in Fiji.
