The Riverside at Aymestrey is an award-winning hotel and restaurant launching new well-being facilities with treatments in newly built shepherd’s huts, along side wood-fired sauna and hot tubs.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spa/Holistic Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various holistic therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue massage, and will be adept at providing exceptional guest services. This role requires a blend of technical skills and interpersonal abilities to ensure clients receive the highest level of care and satisfaction.
The role is ideal for someone with passion and ideas to create a truly memorable experience for our guests.

SKILLS

• Proficient in various massage techniques, particularly deep tissue massage.
• Strong front desk management skills, including scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Excellent guest service abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in upselling services effectively to enhance client offerings.
• Knowledge of pedicures, manicures, and facials and other potential treatments.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients professionally.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes is a plus.
• A background in hospitality will be beneficial for creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

• Provide professional therapeutic services, including deep tissue massage and other treatments tailored to client needs.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
• Upsell additional products and services such as organic local skin care products, food and drinks packages to enhance client experience.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and communal areas.
• Assist with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Collaborate with other business department team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
