We are currently looking for exceptional therapists to join our spa team at the Royal Crescent Hotel and Spa.
Position Summary
We are seeking therapists who have experience with or an affinity to natural skin care and body care. We offer excellent brand and in-house training.
This is a role for a self-motivated, confident and personable individual with outstanding attention to detail. You will demonstrate an open mind and high capacity for flexibility in a work environment that is set to grow and change. You will ensure that all guest needs are looked after during their experience with us in the spa. You will ensure adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures and company policy. You will share your knowledge with the team, and maintain excellent hygiene in your working environment.
You will have an authentic and warm, yet professional, personality, and be able to easily connect to your guests. You will perform exceptional treatments to a world class standard, and place your guest at the centre of the experience. You will be able to see their needs and concerns on a holistic level and be genuinely interested in their wellbeing. You will have an inherent desire to perform all treatments to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests on arrival
• Deliver world class experience for all guests: Body treatments, massage, facials, beauty services
• Proactively assist guests with enquiries
• Respond to requests, pre-empting any further enquiries guests may have
• Manage guest expectations
• Maintain hygiene levels around the spa
• To have a full knowledge of the services and products that the hotel has to offer
• To help on Spa Reception when required
• Assist colleagues & other departments where required
• Role includes working weekends

Skills and Experience

• NVQ Level 3 Spa Therapy qualification required
• Personable
• Speaks fluent English
• Experience in a variety of treatments
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills - working to treatment times
• Self-motivated with initiative and genuine interest in guest satisfaction
• Problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
• Teamworking skills and enjoying working in a team environment
• Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn and work with a variety of new and exciting treatments
