We are looking for an exceptional therapist to join our Swanderful team at our very successful Holte Spa!
Are you a Spa Therapist who is looking to work in one of the best spas in the country?
The Holte Spa has been open for 3 years in The Lake District, introducing a stunning new spa concept along with the latest product and treatment menu,using only the beautifully indulgent Temple Spa products. We have six beautifully appointed treatment rooms along with full spa facilities and a stunning outdoor thermal journey through our spa garden.
As one of our Therapists, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable spa experience.

Day to day tasks include:

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests
• Take initiative to add a personalised experience
• Deal with Spa guest and member queries
• Facilitate treatments to the highest of standards and in line with the treatment menu
• Complete consultation with clients before treatments
• Upselling of products used within treatments to the clients
• Provide advice on the facilities to guests and potential members
• Be knowledgeable of the products used
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling

Other duties as assigned to your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Prior experience working with Premspa or a related system
• Excellent communication skills
• Great personal presentation and take pride in your appearance
• Working alongside the rest of the team of hosts and therapists in a team environment
• You must be eligible to live and work in the UK

Essential Qualifications: any of the following - CIDESCO, CIBTAC, BABTAC, ITEC, NVQ - SVQ3, NVQ - SVQ2, BTEC National Diploma, BTEC HND, NCBTMB, NCA Required. Minimum of 2 years therapy experience required.
Skills: Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology,Swedish Massage, Facials, Product Sales, Sales.
