The Welcome Agent & Spa therapist administers professional massage and body treatments to the guests. Must have thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in a specific massage and body treatment offerings. Excellent communication skills. Ensure a high level of customer care to the guests. A true chameleon of the spa and wellness world, you will carry out treatments booked by clients in a professional manner and according to the standards and protocols of the different brands, Dr Burgener & Esse : massages, facials & body treatments. You will attract customers' attention to the Spa and its facilities (Wet, Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, FITness) thanks to your audacious welcome. You will encourage clients' curiosity about the Spa's treatments and a la carte products and position yourself as a salesperson. You will be responsible for greeting clients and making appointments in accordance with W Verbier standards; preparing the treatment room and keeping the Spa and rooms clean. PROFILE Outgoing, cheerful, sociable, good listener, helpful and available Fluent in French and English Enjoy working in an international and adventurous team Excellent presentation and representative of the W brand image BTS// CFC Esthetics/ cosmetics or equivalent You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel You are highly motivated Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
