JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and customer-focused Weekend Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver a wide range of luxury treatments with professionalism and care, ensuring every guest enjoys a five-star experience from the moment they arrive.

REQUIREMENTS:

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Experience in a spa or luxury hospitality environment is beneficial
• Skilled in a range of massage and facial techniques any additional qualifications (e.g., Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massage, facials, body scrubs, and holistic therapies
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene across all treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Conduct thorough consultations and tailor treatments to meet clients’ individual needs.
• Build rapport and maintain excellent relationships with guests to encourage repeat bookings.
• Promote spa products and services in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
• Support the wider spa team in day-to-day operations
• This role is for weekends, which does included a weekend off, during a 4 week rota, with the opportunity for overtime during the week.
