JOB PURPOSE/ SUMMARY

This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form, and the ability to bend, lift, and be standing This position must be able to work independently as well as with others.
To ensure our customers are wowed by your treatments, engagement and personality each and everytime.

MAIN DUTIES

· To carry out treatments to a high standard and in a professional manner
· Build on obtaining a regular client base
· Assist in keeping treatment rooms and other areas clean and tidy
· To upsell - both retail and treatments
· Adhere to all operational procedures in consultation with the Health and Beauty Manager.
· Maintain the exceptional presentation standards of the Aura Clinic.
· Conducting skin analysis and advising clients on skin and body care.
· Performing facial or body massage and treatments.
· Removing facial or body hair through waxing.
· Lash and brow treatments.
· Performing manicures and pedicures.
· Making appointments, maintaining client records and handling financial transactions.
· Selling and providing advice on cosmetic and skin care products.
· Attend regular team meetings.
· Attending training courses when required.
· Acting on member feedback in order to improve service delivery.
