Job Description Spa & Wellness Concierge is responsible for supporting and coordinating guest experiences across both the Wellness Center and Spa operations, ensuring smooth daily operations, personalized guest service, and seamless coordination between wellness programs and spa services in line with Anantara standards. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business and or Hospitality Management Three years experience in a similar role in a 5 star spa with a multicultural team In depth knowledge of spa therapy Strong financial acumen Excellent communication and leadership skills Additional Information Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, spa, wellness center, or private hospital environments. Strong service mindset with a polished, calm, and mature personality. Experience in roles requiring high guest interaction and emotional sensitivity.
