Based in Rio de Janeiro, this leadership role will oversee the launch and operation of a new world-class wellness destination, while shaping a holistic wellness strategy that integrates spa, fitness, movement, wellbeing, nutrition, and transformative guest experiences. This is a rare opportunity to build, lead, and inspire a multidisciplinary team while delivering exceptional experiences aligned with the highest standards of luxury hospitality. We are looking for a professional who brings: Proven leadership experience in luxury spa and wellness environments Experience in pre-opening projects and facility launches Strong commercial and operational expertise A passion for wellness, innovation, and guest experience excellence Fluency in English and Portuguese Health and Dental Insurance, extended to eligible dependents.
