  SPA MANAGER PROFILE MOUNTAINTOP GOLF & LAKE CLUB  CASHIERS, NC THE SPA MANAGER OPPORTUNITY AT MOUNTAINTOP GOLF & LAKE CLUB Mountaintop Golf & Lake Club is seeking an experienced and service-driven Spa Manager to support the daily operations of the Spa & Wellness department. This leadership role is responsible for delivering an exceptional, luxury-level experience for members and guests while overseeing team performance, scheduling, training, cleanliness, and service standards. The Spa Manager will work closely with the Director of Luxury Spa & Wellness to ensure operational excellence, team accountability, and a welcoming, personalized environment. REPORTS TO: Director of Luxury Spa & Wellness  STATUS: Full-Time, Exempt  SPA MANAGER – POSITION OVERVIEW The Spa Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Spa & Wellness facilities, staff, and member/guest experience. This role oversees scheduling, training, inventory, cleanliness, and service delivery while supporting the Director of Luxury Spa & Wellness with departmental initiatives and operational goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for all members and guests.  • Lead, train, and support Spa & Wellness staff.  • Manage staff schedules and utilize Jonas scheduling system to efficiently schedule      individual and group bookings.   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa, locker room and fitness facilities.  • Assist with inventory management and ordering.  • Resolve staff and guest concerns professionally and efficiently.  • Support administrative and operational projects as assigned. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS • 3+ years spa, resort, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.  • Proficiency with scheduling software and general computer systems.  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive wage based on experience and qualifications.
