Job Description Raffles The Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager to join our luxury resort team. In this role, you will support the Spa & Wellness Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our world-class spa facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the spa and wellness facilities Support the Spa & Wellness Manager in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue Supervise and train spa staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to brand standards Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of spa equipment and supplies Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and staff Assist in managing the spa's budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities Collaborate with other departments to create and promote spa packages and special offers Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative spa treatments and wellness programs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa and wellness management or related field, preferably in luxury hospitality settings Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and wellness trends Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the spa industry Spa management certification preferred Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to speak Arabic is a plus Additional Information What’s in it for you...
