KEY PURPOSE:

You’ll be the driving force behind workplace transformation, coordinating multiple workstreams, managing vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. From space optimisation to relocation sequencing, you’ll bring clarity, structure, and innovation to every initiative.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Oversee and coordinate all project workstreams, chairing meetings and tracking progress
• Manage vendors and ensure timely, accurate delivery of minor works and work orders
• Collaborate with Workplace teams, UX designers, and client stakeholders to deliver optimal space solutions
• Lead space management initiatives including moves, relocations, and space utilisation strategies
• Provide data-driven insights on workplace behaviours and space usage
• Maintain Serraview database as the source of truth for workplace assets
• Act as SME for space planning systems and processes
• Deliver high-quality reporting and stakeholder engagement
