QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with beverage account selling and merchandising
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Team Player- Willingness to take on any management tasks to help the team.
  • Experience in VIP Beverage Sales Software preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings or as needed

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • The SOM is responsible for supporting the Worcester/Windham Sales Teams to drive superior marketplace space management for the distribution and availability of all Pepsi, Gatorade, Lipton, Schweppes & Starbucks products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and complete all resets in SF & LF accounts to improve and secure space allocation. Take on the category captain role in all chain resets
  • Schedule & coordinate chain resets with other LRB vendors, KAM’s and chain store merchandising supervisors
  • Maintain cooler glide inventory, deliver & assemble racks, shippers and other merch fixtures
  • Help develop OTS, Chain C-Store, Drug, Food Service & Dollar Channel merchandising programs
  • Set up coolers & merchandising fixtures for (day of) new account equipment delivery.
  • Manage the weekly or daily coverage of PSAM,3PO routes/accounts for vacation or PTO days

Management Duties

  • Actively work with SDL’s, Merchandisers and Presell Managers to drive sales volume, product distribution
  • Follow and help achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Must be knowledgeable on new & existing product D&A plans
  • Suggest ways to improve sales in stores such as racks, wings, pallet drops etc.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned
