Healthcare Realty (NYSE:HR) is hiring a Space Planner for its Project Management department in Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TX or Charleston, SC.
Healthcare Realty (NYSE:HR) is seeking a full-time in-house Space Planner to join our established team of professionals. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong architectural design and drafting experience to directly support our leasing teams in preparing space plans for new and renewal leases requiring tenant improvements.
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare space plans for tenant improvements in support of leasing teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, tenants, and external consultants to define project scope.
  • Interact effectively with other disciplines and clients to build strong, productive relationships.
  • Process and evaluate internal real estate, space, and capital requests. Knowledge of BOMA standards is a plus.
  • Maintain and update drawing records.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD (primary drawing tool) and Bluebeam.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture.
  • 5+ years of professional experience preferred, with emphasis on planning healthcare facilities, workplaces, or laboratories/research environments.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial building and accessibility codes (required).
  • Healthcare facility planning experience (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and maintain effective project coordination.
