Are you an Space Planner with a background in Residential sectors looking for a new challenge within a forward thinking team for a well-established construction company who are looking for a Space Planner to take a leading role and progress the business ?

You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects for both private and commercial clients.
The role will see you be responsible for producing and coordinating conceptual urban design and planning work, including feasibility studies, masterplans, development briefs, and design strategies. Working collaboratively with the wider team, you will manage delegated projects to ensure they are delivered on time and to the client’s expectations.

The Role:

  • Create conceptual urban design and planning proposals
  • Work collaboratively with architects, planners, and engineers
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant planning, technical, and regulatory standards
  • Develop comprehensive construction documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules

The Person:

  • Holds a recognised qualification in Urban Design/Space Planning
  • Strong proficiency in design and presentation software including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and/or SketchUp
