Space Planning Expert Requirements: Proven track record in Category Management, preferably in Merchandising Higher education (Master's degree), Economics or Business degree; Min. 1 year of relevant experience in a multinational FMCG company in insight / analyst, category management or space planning roles. Commercial knowledge in management of retail space on both micro and macro levels; Knowledge and familiarity with merchandising of fast-moving products (FMCG); Fluency in English Analytical skills; Advanced ability to use NIQ Spaceman, MS Office, Power Point, Outlook; Skills with Spaceman, Nielsen programs welcome; Communication skills, openness to change, reliability in performing duties, independence of action, good organization of work; Obligations: Creation and implementation of detailed planograms for all categories in Nielsen Spaceman system in line with local & group range review timelines Creation and implementation of detailed planograms for all promotions & seasonal events Creation of product placement instructions for items in a special offers that do not have a position in the planograms (in-out promotions) Creation of product placement instructions for items to be removed from assortment (items in clearance) Creation & distribution of weekly / daily / seasonal / ad-hoc communication packages for service stations Participation in the development of service station clustering Participation in the development of specifications for all standard and additional equipment and furniture for all new and modernized gas stations Report creation in assortment & space related topics Analysis of assortment performance in order to increase profitability by maximizing retail store space Creating and maintaining product database with all dimensions and images for all active items Active monitoring of the latest customer and industry trends via Nielsen and other industry sources Why you should join us?
