MOL Romania is searching for a highly motivated Space Planning Expert to join our team in Bucharest! In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in shaping both local and group retail strategies by optimizing and managing space at micro and macro levels across all product categories. You will take ownership of planograms throughout the assortment review process, support secondary promotional placements, and implement essential in-season adjustments to ensure an efficient and customer centric retail layout. As a Space Planning Expert, you will be responsible for the following: Create and implement detailed planograms for all categories, in line with the assortment review deadlines set at local and Group level Create and implement detailed planograms for all promotions and seasonal events Prepare product placement instructions for items included in special offers that do not have a position in the planograms (in-out type promotions) Participate in defining specifications for all standard and additional equipment and furniture related to new or modernized fueling stations Maintain ongoing collaboration with category managers, the Sales and Operations team, and the Group Category Management Grocery team Collaborate with the Group to ensure strategic alignment with established standards To be successful in the role, you should have: Bachelor's degree Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a multinational FMCG company in roles such as insights/analyst, category management, or space planning Understanding layout and planning principles is a significant advantage Microsoft Office package proficiency Fluent English language skills Team spirit, customer orientation, and analytical competencies What is in it for you?
