Enterprise Strategy & Governance Collaborate with the Delivery team and key 3rd Party Suppliers to identify and monitor central initiatives using OSIRs and governance dashboards. Play a crucial role in the Center of Excellence (COE), leading all aspects of programming, quality control, and planning functions. Manage strategic optimization of space usage in global locations, including forecasting workforce needs, reorganizing spaces, and implementing flexible work policies. Coordinate spatial data governance and dashboard development using Serraview and CAFM platforms. Develop executive-level reports on headcount, growth projections, and space utilization. Coordinated Facility Management Strategy Coordinate programs of IFM services such as maintenance, EH&S, sustainability, and vendor management across non-manufacturing sites. Collaborate with PDS and RE teams on capital projects, renovations, and tenant improvements. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize vendor performance and contract governance. Overseer of IFM program services, responsible for coordinating maintenance, EH&S, and vendor supervision. Manage MAC initiatives and enhance space utilization strategies throughout worldwide locations. Work together with PDS and Real Estate teams on renovations, expansions, and capital project programs. 5+ years in strategic workplace planning, facility operations, or real estate program management. Proficiency with CAFM/IWMS platforms, including Serraview, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical, presentation, and executive communication skills. Proven experience in working in cross-functional teams and global portfolios. Knowledge of governance frameworks, tracking benchmarks, and reporting on pivotal initiatives. Strategic individual who excels at solving problems, taking action, and continuously improving. Collaborative approach with experience working across global teams. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. Skilled in change management and organizational development. Proficient in navigating intricate customer landscapes and promoting enterprise alignment. Experience with hybrid work models, sustainability programs, and global workplace trends.
