Working cross-functionally with Property, Design, VM, and Business Units, you will develop and implement effective store blueprints, ensuring all projects are commercially robust and space-efficient. From concept through to in-store execution, you will oversee trials, rollouts, and innovation in space productivity. You will also ensure strong governance, securing cross-team alignment and approval on all space-related initiatives before stakeholder sign-off, driving consistency, quality, and successful delivery across the estate. To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.  Due to high interest, this role may close earlier than advertised. Driving optimal and incremental profit, providing insight to grow understanding and a step change in catchment & omni-channel performance * Continue the development and deployment of the space productivity levers – working closely with the BU planning team to deliver effective change and optimisation * Implement trials to explore productivity and optimisation solutions, highlighting the opportunity available * Continually refines the processes, challenging ways of working not adding value to ensure we work optimally. * Inspires and develops self and others, in own team to deliver the business plan, programme deliverables or support individual ambitions, creating an “art of the possible” culture that settles only for highest standards.
