Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Space, Resources, and People Manager, you will oversee office operations, HR functions and workplace experience to ensure efficiency, engagement, and excellence across the board. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating a thriving workplace culture, optimizing administrative processes, and securing top talent while fostering a productive and innovative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Office Operations and Space Management:


    • Supervise day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.



      • Oversee facilities management by ensuring office equipment, supplies inventory, and vendor coordination are seamless.



        • Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities vendors, maintenance, and emergency procedures.



          • Plan and execute company events, conferences, employee engagement activities, and special initiatives.



            • Develop and track operational budgets, including office supplies, events, and facility expenses, while ensuring adherence to financial goals

            • Human Resources Leadership:


              • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and compliant packages.



                • Address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote positive employee relations.



                  • Implement performance management processes, conductingreviews and supporting employee growth.



                    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including maintaining records and conducting training.



                      • Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and analyze HR data to support strategic planning.



                        • Support onboarding, offboarding, internal transitions, and employee lifecycle logistics.



                          • Serve as a liaison between employees and leadership to improve communication and workplace satisfaction.



                            • Collaborate with leadership to implement internal communication plans that reinforce company values and increase employee engagement.



                              • Monitor employee feedback and recommend culture, process, or policy improvements based on insights.
