Chubb European Group is seeking a proactive and autonomous Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team in Spain.    In this pivotal role, you will manage and promote Safety, Health, and Risk Management programs, conduct inductions for employees,  ensuring compliance with Spanish legislation while fostering a sustainable preventive culture across our organization.   Key responsibilities:    * Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies, procedures, and programs in line with Spanish regulations. * Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections, utilizing your attention to detail to identify hazards and implement preventive measures. * Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, leveraging your troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and maintain high standards. * Deliver engaging health and safety training programs, supporting our teams with customer service support and value analysis to highlight the benefits of our safety initiatives. * Promote a strong safety culture by leading awareness campaigns, safety committees, and emergency preparedness exercises. * Collaborate as a trusted business partner and consultant with internal teams and external service providers, demonstrating deep customer knowledge and business partnership skills. * Optimize resource planning to maximize results and achieve performance goals, while actively managing time and priorities in a dynamic environment. * Support asset utilization and cost control by managing resources efficiently and minimizing losses.
