In this pivotal role, you will manage and promote Safety, Health, and Risk Management programs, conduct inductions for employees, ensuring compliance with Spanish legislation while fostering a sustainable preventive culture across our organization. Key responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies, procedures, and programs in line with Spanish regulations. * Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections, utilizing your attention to detail to identify hazards and implement preventive measures. * Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, leveraging your troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and maintain high standards. * Deliver engaging health and safety training programs, supporting our teams with customer service support and value analysis to highlight the benefits of our safety initiatives. * Promote a strong safety culture by leading awareness campaigns, safety committees, and emergency preparedness exercises. * Collaborate as a trusted business partner and consultant with internal teams and external service providers, demonstrating deep customer knowledge and business partnership skills. * Optimize resource planning to maximize results and achieve performance goals, while actively managing time and priorities in a dynamic environment. * Support asset utilization and cost control by managing resources efficiently and minimizing losses.
