JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Distribute personal hygiene items, meals, and other essentials to our clients. Think of it as spreading a little joy (and cleanliness).
  • Assist with scheduling travel and relocation arrangements. No travel agent experience needed, but you’ll be making a big difference!
  • Be the friendly face that patients see first at the vaccination site—welcoming them in like an old friend.
  • Manage vaccine appointments using our Healthpoint system. You’ll be the one making sure everything runs smoothly, just like a pro event planner.
  • Collaborate with the site supervisor to keep everything on schedule. It’s all about teamwork!
  • Keep an eye on appointments to ensure compliance with local rules and available supplies.
  • Handle shipment tracking and data entry like a boss with our RRT data team.
  • Participate in training and performance improvement. Because even superheroes need to sharpen their skills!
  • Help with setup and cleanup. We all chip in here—think of it as the ultimate group project.
  • Use supplies wisely and maintain confidentiality because you’re awesome like that.
  • Perform other duties as assigned—because you’re flexible and up for anything!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Interest in helping others
  • Basic administrative skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities (juggling not required, but helpful)
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills (talking and listening both count)
  • Punctual (because being fashionably late doesn’t apply here)
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)
