Purpose of the role: As a member of the TP team, you will be working on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads. You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA. Your responsibilities: Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day Support lead qualification and pipeline organization. Understand business needs and assist in product alignment. Guide clients through onboarding steps and verification. Learn and apply onboarding procedures across regions. Assist in documentation collection and submission. Escalate issues and feedback appropriately. Contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. C2 level of Spanish and Italian plus C1 level of English (both written and spoken). At least 12 months of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus. Interest in home services industries.
