This is a remote position. Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Harrington Park, NJ, USA, Eastern time With 1-hour unpaid break We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate Virtual Assistant from Colombia to join our team as a Care Coordinator. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and preferably has a medical background or experience working in the medical department of a BPO company. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive timely communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-up care. This is a remote position that requires a professional, proactive, and patient-focused individual who can handle administrative healthcare-related tasks with discretion and care.
