About the Job: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking calls with donors regarding pick-ups, tax receipts, and follow-ups What You'll Do: Takes inbound donation and inquiry calls Does outbound calls/emails/texts for donation follow-ups Schedules pick-ups between Towers and Donors Engages in customer service/ offers assistance for existing Donors (eg. send tax receipts/vacation vouchers, update accounts, etc.) What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s Degree or any related degree Has BPO experience with sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language is required Conversational Spanish What we have to offer: A company culture based on our purpose to bring out the untapped potential, creativity, and success in people, partnerships, and brands.
