This is a remote position. Bilingual Customer Support Representative – Insurance Services | Remote | Immediate Start Role Name: Bilingual Customer Support Representative Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time with one hour of unpaid break Client Timezone: Eastern Time You'll be the primary point of contact for a diverse client base, where 70% of interactions happen in Spanish. This role puts you at the center of customer relationships, ensuring every caller receives professional, accurate service while supporting the agency's daily operations. You'll work with established processes and templates, making an immediate impact on customer satisfaction while building valuable insurance industry experience in a supportive remote environment.
