IBI Healthcare Institute is on the hunt for Spanish-bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representatives with solid SALES skills!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound New Patient and Existing Patient Calls and provide world-class customer service
  • Converting phone, social media, and email appointment requests to consults or appointments
  • Exceptional Customer Service To Resolve Calls Completely

Requirements:

  • Exceptional SALES experience is a MUST
  • RN or clinical experience is a plus
  • Experience with Athena EMR is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spoken/Written Proficiency in both Spanish and English) required
  • MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT to the following rotating schedules in EST (8am-5pm, 4pm-12am, 12am-8am)
