This is a remote position. Normal working hours: 10:30AM to 6:30PM GA Time, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch Training: 930AM - 5:30PM for first 2 weeks to train ​ Our client is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Legal Assistant to provide vital support to a busy Real Estate and Estate Planning law firm. In this role, you’ll prepare legal documents, manage client records, and coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure seamless case progression. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism while delivering excellent bilingual communication in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble title documents for home purchases and closings Accurately input and manage client data within legal software systems Upload, organize, and maintain digital case files and supporting documentation Handle incoming intake calls and gather essential client information Provide clients with an overview of available legal services Schedule consultations and follow-ups for attorneys and paralegals Coordinate with team members to ensure case accuracy and timely updates Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal standards and office procedures ​ Requirements Previous experience as a Legal or Administrative Assistant (experience in Real Estate Law preferred) Familiarity with title documentation and estate planning procedures Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional and discreet client communication abilities Proficient in legal software, MS Office Suite, and document management systems Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting ​ Independent Contractor Perks: HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_28985_JOB
