Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to be the vital first point of contact for prospective tenants in a thriving property management business. You’ll play a crucial role in connecting people with their next home while supporting a growing company that values efficiency and excellent customer service. Answer incoming phone calls from prospective tenants inquiring about apartment rentals Conduct outbound phone calls for leasing outreach Manage and respond to email inquiries about available rental units Schedule apartment tours and viewings for onsite staff Coordinate with onsite team to ensure smooth tour scheduling process Support the property manager in financial tasks such as rent collection and invoice processing. Handle tenant inquiries and coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve issues. Conduct virtual property inspections and prepare inspection reports. Provide administrative support, including scheduling, email correspondence, and file management. Assist in marketing and advertising rental properties. Requirements Willing to use Time Doctor to help track productivity and provide visibility to the client.
