This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EDT (1-hour unpaid break) Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours Our client is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Spanish Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for their firm. You’ll handle incoming calls, route inquiries, take messages, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and skilled in handling sensitive legal and client information with discretion. This is a full-time remote role with consistent weekday hours. Responsibilities Professionally and warmly answer inbound calls, routing them to the correct team members. Take accurate and detailed messages and deliver them promptly. Act as a client liaison by fielding inquiries and scheduling appointments. Provide administrative assistance, including drafting correspondence and performing data entry. Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups or information gathering. Maintain organized and up-to-date call logs and message records. Requirements Native or fully fluent Spanish and professional English communication skills. Prior experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or in an administrative support role. Excellent phone etiquette and clear, professional communication style. Strong multitasking skills with a high attention to detail. Comfortable handling confidential and legal-related information. Reliable internet connection and computer setup. iCloud access required, as the client uses it for scheduling.
