As a vital player in our business development team, you will be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities and fostering relationships with new clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and proactive outreach in Spanish-speaking markets. Engage and consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our services effectively. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Conduct comprehensive market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to close business deals. Work closely with internal teams to enhance service offerings and ensure client satisfaction. Set and achieve personal sales targets while contributing to the broader goals of the company. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
