In this vital role, you will provide high-quality support to Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with their flight bookings, inquiries, and travel-related concerns. Your fluency in Spanish will be key in delivering excellent customer service, helping clients navigate booking processes, manage reservations, and resolve any issues effectively. You will contribute to ensuring a seamless and pleasant travel experience for our customers. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in Spanish regarding airline bookings and travel inquiries Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, cancellations, and refunds Resolve customer complaints and travel-related issues promptly and professionally Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams and airline partners to ensure smooth service delivery Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction Stay updated on airline policies, schedules, and travel regulations Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities Experience in customer service, especially in airlines, travel, or booking sectors, is preferred Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new working environment Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and 2 weeks in Hotel ) Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training Monthly Performance Bonus Free Greek Course And More...
