Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Digital Bank team based in Athens, Greece. This role offers a unique opportunity with fully paid relocation, enabling you to be part of an innovative financial services environment. In this position, you will assist Spanish-speaking clients by providing high-quality customer service related to digital banking products, services, and inquiries. Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial in ensuring effective communication and a seamless banking experience for our customers.
