This role is based in Greece with fully paid relocation assistance. As a key member of the customer service team, you will provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients. Assist customers with orders, payments, shipping inquiries, and returns. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, is an advantage. Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation costs covered. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
