Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client, a leading FinTech company based in Athens. This position includes fully paid relocation to Athens, Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to financial technology products and services. Your fluency in Spanish combined with excellent customer service skills will allow you to guide customers smoothly through their FinTech experience, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be a crucial part of a dynamic team driving innovation in the financial services sector. Responsibilities Provide top-notch customer service in Spanish regarding FinTech products and services Assist customers with account issues, transaction queries, and product information Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner using CRM systems Collaborate with technical and product teams to address complex customer needs Stay updated on FinTech trends and products to provide knowledgeable support Support the onboarding process for new clients and assist with platform navigation Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the FinTech or financial services sector Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Willingness to relocate to Athens with full relocation package provided Familiarity with CRM systems and fintech platforms is a plus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and 2 weeks in Hotel ) Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training Monthly Performance Bonus Free Greek Course And More...
