We are looking for Spanish speakers to join the team and we are open to candidates looking for full or part time work.
As a First Line Support Engineer at ASK4, you’ll receive top-notch technical training to join our dynamic internet support team. You will be at the forefront of delivering industry-leading support to ASK4’s diverse customer base, including students, residential users, and businesses.

Responsibilities

Working 37.5 hours a week, covering the support centre opening hours.
Mon-Fri - 08:00 - 22:00

Sat-Sun - 08:00 - 20:00

  • Full technical training provided!
  • You will be the first line of support for our customers, the day-to-day role will be monitoring our phone lines, emails, and our chat box.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with confidence, helping our customers navigate their accounts and services.
  • Help customers sign up and log in to our internet services.
  • Logging calls/emails or live chats into the system and escalating to the second line when necessary.
  • First Line diagnosis and resolution of technical faults.
  • You will be the contact point for customer account administration.
  • Work alongside a talented team of engineers, gaining insights and expertise to advance your career.
