Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are currently hiring a Spanish (ELE) Teacher to provide in-person lessons to our client in Guadalajara. Job Information Ref#: 197137 Student: 1 adult (male) who has recently relocated to Spain Location: Lessons are to be held during office hours at the student's office on Avenida de Cristóbal Colón, Guadalajara (19004). Alternatively, he can take lessons early in the morning in his home in Alcobendas (28109), Preferred start date: ASAP Details Availability: During office hours if lessons take place in Guadalajara; if lessons take place in Alcobendas, they would have to be at 8:30 a.m., before he leaves for work. Lesson Frequency: Twice per week Lesson Duration: 60 minutes per session Current language level: Complete beginner Native and other spoken languages: German (native); English Student's language needs and goals: Talking to colleagues; being able to cover everyday business on site as the site manager. Additional Information: Enjoys sports, running/swimming/biking, football, food and cooking Responsibilities Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner Qualifications Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second language acquisition, or related field Minimum of two years of Spanish (ELE) teaching experience All Global LT instructor positions are freelance positions.
