Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Agent to join an innovative Online Bank, with the ability to work from the beautiful country of Greece. We are searching for motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about providing top-notch customer support and possess a strong understanding of banking products and services. In this role, you will interact with Spanish-speaking clients, helping them navigate their banking inquiries and providing expert financial guidance. Key Responsibilities Assist Spanish-speaking clients with their banking inquiries, including account management, transactions, and product information. Provide clarity on the features and benefits of various banking products, including savings accounts, loans, and investment options. Support clients through the online banking platform, addressing any technical issues they may encounter. Document customer interactions and ensure that all information is accurately recorded in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve service delivery. Stay updated on banking regulations and financial product offerings to provide well-informed advice. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Detail-oriented and skilled at problem-solving with a client-focused mindset. Proficient in using CRM systems and navigating online banking platforms. A desire to learn and adapt to the evolving landscape of online banking.
