Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role — all B2B client communication will be conducted in Spanish. Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for employment eligibility). A strong background in customer support services, B2B client relations, or a related field is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with business clients at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms or customer support ticketing systems. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative multicultural team.
