Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a paid relocation package. This position offers the chance to work in a vibrant city while ensuring a safe and positive online environment for Spanish-speaking users. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure adherence to company policies and community standards. Accurately classify and evaluate content according to established moderation guidelines. Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams for resolution. Provide feedback on content trends and user engagement to improve moderation strategies. Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance content moderation processes. Stay informed about updates to company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation. Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous content moderation experience or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion. Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
