This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide dedicated customer support to Spanish-speaking clients within the dynamic and growing shared mobility sector. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat for car sharing customers. Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, vehicle use, payment, and technical support. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly. Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery. Stay informed about car sharing products, policies, and industry trends to offer accurate information. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably within mobility, transport, or car sharing industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication platforms is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
