Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for dedicated Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a reputable insurance company in Greece. In this role, you will provide professional and empathetic customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with insurance inquiries, claims, and policy information. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with insurance product information, policy details, claims processing, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently. Stay updated on company policies, insurance regulations, and industry developments. Provide feedback aimed at improving customer service and operational processes. Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance sector. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
