Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service roles, ideally within a relevant industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities focusing on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
