Mercier Consultancy MD is actively seeking Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading automotive company in Greece. This role involves providing excellent customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to vehicles, services, and after-sales assistance. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional and efficient customer support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, service appointments, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams including sales and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on automotive products, features, and company policies. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes. Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required; English language skills are advantageous. Prior customer service experience, preferably in the automotive sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure. Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools. Willingness to relocate to and work in Greece. Passion for the automotive industry and strong problem-solving skills.
