This exciting role involves providing exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to automotive products and services. Provide detailed information about vehicles, financing options, and after-sales services. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer journey. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, company products, and promotions. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new working environment. Motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
