Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide accurate and timely information. Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services sector. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and standard office software.
