Your expertise and dedication will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience with our innovative electronic products. Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, answering inquiries related to our electronics products. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, and order management. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and aim for swift resolutions to enhance satisfaction. Accurately log customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain a high level of service quality. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service improvement. Stay current on product knowledge and updates to provide informed assistance to clients. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or technology sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs. Familiarity with CRM software and general computer skills.
